Points of Interest....

• This morning I awoke to find that I had been sharing my bed with a rather large spider. Now, I am not one who freaks out about bugs, but when I find them lying right next to me, and I have no idea if they have been there all night, I tend to get a little indignant.  In fact, the whole house is infested with ants, spiders and other creepy crawlers.  I suspect this is because it is situated right in the middle of the woods, and let this be a lesson to us all to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM NATURE.
• I sang in a master class yesterday and, by the time I got up there (three hours from when the class started), I was so hungry and had to pee so badly that I think the discomfort helped distract me from my nerves.  The woman running the class really seemed to like me, and the comments I got back from my peers were encouraging and some were downright flattering.  There is a lot of talent among the Studio Artists this year, so I am glad I could measure up.  Too bad I almost peed my pants......
• When I returned to my host's home last night, she had received Hairspray from Netflix, so we all went downstairs (to their big movie projector!) and watched it.  It was way better than a movie theater because I could wear my pajamas and my feet didn't stick to the floor the way they usually do at commercial theaters.
• Still nervous about when all the Principle Artists show up in a week, as I would rather not make a fool out of myself in front of them all.  But I keep reminding myself that because of the business mom and I own, I probably have better accessories than all of them and, therefore, in the grand scheme of things, win.
• Max Factor will now only sell their makeup overseas, so if you have a favorite product, stock up now.
